What is the Education Fund?
Education Fund is a statewide multi-employer fund supported through employer contributions (that nursing home workers bargain for through negotiations), NOT UNION DUES.

We serve:

  • The needs of workers across a range of educational levels and career paths.
  • Adult learners who may be returning to the classroom after many years.
  • The employment and training needs of long term care facilities.
Our focus is to:

  • Provide quality educational programs
  • Enhance skills
  • Increase access to greater career opportunities
  • Improve the quality of resident care
  • Prepare the workforce for job demands of the future
  • Improve retention rates
