Position Summary:

Confidential Executive Assistant (Full-Time)
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Executive Director and the Education Fund Director, the Confidential Executive Assistant will provide high level executive and administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Confidential Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the Executive Director and also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and leadership team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach; and oversees special projects. The Confidential Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Confidential Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Education Fund Field Coordinator II (Oakland)
Position Summary:
The Field Coordinator II leads the coordination and implementation of the educational, training, career support services and case management in the assigned region. S/he contributes to development, design, implementation and evaluation of Education Fund trainings, projects and services. This position works in support of the Education Fund, which is a Taft-Hartley Trust that is governed by a Board of Trustees jointly made up of employer and union representatives.

Position Summary:
Prepares, teaches and trains adult learners in basic computer concepts and skills.

Position Summary:
