Position Summary:

Communications Consultant (Contractor)
Position Summary:
The Communications Consultant will play a critical role in the communications, messaging and media strategy for CLTCEC. She/he will be responsible for the development, integration and implementation of a strategic communications plan that raises visibility, strengthens outreach and builds awareness of CLTCEC’s mission, goals and objectives.

Position Summary:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining financial records, and providing overall support to CLTCEC’s Finance Department.

In Home Supportive Services Instructors (Home Health) Part Time with Cantonese/Mandarin-English Fluency
Position Summary:
Instructors teach 10 weeks of theory and practical skills needed to care for individuals in the home environment. The instructor is provided with curriculum, tests, and materials.

Temporary Full Time Field Coordinator – Bilingual Chinese Languages
Position Summary:
The Field Coordinator performs recruitment and class coordination for educational programs in an assigned region.

ESL Instructor (Contractor)
Position Summary:
The ESL Instructor provides instruction to adult learners, guiding them to gain proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the English language. Teaching may or may not take place in a traditional educational setting.
