Director of Operations
Position Summary:
The Director of Operations, a key member of the Education Center’s leadership team, is responsible for oversight and direction of daily operations, including human resources, financial processes and compliance, administrative oversight, system and process oversight and management. The Director of Operations is accountable for overseeing the operations of CLTCEC while creating a strong group of professionals through recruitment, coaching, mentoring and development. He/she engages in high level strategy and decision making processes to meet the current and anticipated needs of CLTCEC.

Accounting Clerk (Part-Time)
Position Summary:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining financial records, and providing overall support to CLTCEC’s Finance Department.

ESL Instructor (Contractor)
Position Summary:
The ESL Instructor provides instruction to adult learners, guiding them to gain proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the English language. Teaching may or may not take place in a traditional educational setting.

Adult Basic and Secondary Education/GED Instructor (Contractor)
Position Summary:
The GED Instructor teaches adults in remedial education classes, preparatory classes for the General Educational Development test, literacy, or English as a Second Language. Teaching may or may not take place in a traditional educational setting.

Training Fund Field Coordinator II (Oakland)
Position Summary:
The Field Coordinator II is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the educational, training and career support services in the assigned region. He/she performs recruitment, class coordination, career counseling, and case management for the Long-Term Care Workers Education and Training Trust Fund (LTCTTF). This position works in support of the LTCTTF, which is a Taft-Hartley Trust that is governed by a Board of Trustees jointly made up of employer and union representatives.
